Ordering with us is fast and easy. Simply let us know what you would like, and when you would like it, and we'll bring it to your home or Office! We ensure our staff are friendly and conscientious and your food will be securely kept in a thermal bag where it will remain hot and fresh until we deliver it. We hire only the best and brightest. Our objective is not just to be another delivery service, but the best.

How does it work?

Simply create an account on our website, select a restaurant, and place your order. If necessary, our staff will contact you to finalize order details. Workplace delivery is delivered at or very close to the specified lunch break time. You will be able to pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards.  We do not currently accept personal checks.

How are you different from "the other guys"?

ChowTime is a local food and grocery delivery business based out of Prescott, AZ, and as such we support our local community. Our drivers and professional, uniformed, courteous and timely; they use extra caution when handling your food. We use thermal bags to keep your food warmer longer. We use security seals for an added peace of mind that your food has not been tampered with. We do our absolute best to ensure that at the doorstep, our restaurants are represented in a way that is pleasing to them; they no longer have to fear that their brand, for which they have worked so hard, is in jeopardy. At ChowTime, we make both our customers and our restaurants happy. At ChowTime, we deliver so much more than food. We deliver a fine dining experience! We deliver smiles!

Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 45 to 60 minutes. Delivery times vary based on traffic, the restaurant's ability to prepare food and weather conditions. We recommend that large orders be placed at least two hours in advance, but if you require a specific lunch time delivery, 24 hour notice is recommended.

Workplace Delivery (COMING SOON)

This is the option if you are ordering lunch for your lunch break and need to be sure your food is there on time. Simply choose from the day's choices from one of our city's favorite eateries. because of our streamlined process, we can ensure that your lunch is on-time so that you can enjoy your break. (Order at least 2 hours ahead of time) Choose your lunch, and check out. Available until 2 PM.

Grocery and store delivery (COMING SOON)

Let our drivers bring it to your door for a $10 fee and 10% of the bill. Simply choose your store and order.

When are you open?

We are open every day 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM; however, please check restaurant hours of operation.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Is my information secure?

We do not sell or share any customer personal information.  Each checkout is done on e-commerce secure servers.
